More Design Details
The USB-C terminal to the dock features a secure fit buckle and anti-slip pad for stability. The vertical USB port conserves space, while the network port is relocated to the back for a compact dock design. The height is reduced to prevent blocking Steam Deck vents.(Note: not recommended to use both fuselage case and dock).

Q1: Is this steam deck dock compatible with other case？
Due to the variety of Steam deck cases on the market, the case is too thick to be compatible. It is recommended not to bring the case.
Q2: Can this dock achieve 100w charging speed?
Due to limitations of the Steam deck itself, it only supports a maximum of 45w charging. But our PD port supports up to 100w, using our PD can charge more stably and quickly. (note: our product does not include a charger).
Q3: What is the difference between this 7 in 1 Steam deck dock and other docks?
Most of the products on the market are 5 in 1 or 6 in 1, it has one more DP video interface than other docks, which can expand the display to two displays. and USB 3.1 gen2 10Gbps port transmission speed is twice that of other 3.0.
Q4: I have used other docks and found that it blocks the vents of the Steam deck, can this fix it?
Our dock features a vertical USB interface, minimizing space usage and ensuring it does not block the vents of the Steam Deck.
Q5: Can't 4K when using dock connect Steam Deck.
- Because the server or network failed or the format is not supported.
- The settings of some games limited to the default 1280x800 in Gaming Mode.
- Please turn to Game Settings to achieve 4k. Meanwhile, make sure monitor and cables are HDMI 2.0 or above.
